First of all Thank You very much for this very nice script! I just read the forums and started customizing but even so i have been searching the forums i did not found "up-to-date" answers regarding some questions. Thanks for hinting me in the right direction:

1. Inventory
I enabled that in the "settings". now if create an invoice than the inventory does not subtract the amount/product automatically. Is this intended or is there some work in progress regarding this? the inventory feature could easily be expanded to create some accounting output like income statement and bilance.

2. updating translation
I updated german file and added some variables that where missing so far. Unfortunately these were not taken by the system, it keeps getting the englisch variables (f.ex. "Recurrence", "don't forget to",...) are they still hard-coded?

If you want to go right now, you need to see where in the files are the strings, because some of them are not in the lang file. I use Search&Replace (it's a free german tool) to search some strings and then I open the file and change them.

hi

i found out that the downloaded german file was bad encoded. i changed to unix Return and utf8, now its working, thx though.

the inventory does not have a "saldo" but in products we can see it.

- i tested on http://simpleinvoices.org/demo and it substracted from the Qty
- refer: http://i.imgur.com/a1qso.jpg
- the inventory menu item is just to maunally add/substract qty from a product
