Update on the following issue:
- I cleaned up the DB by hand to remove the dummy invoices. Now the invoice manager screen isn't showing invoices anymore. Probably the cause is that the invoice number doesn't start with 0 or something.
This is because I didn't add a biller to my invoice and accepted it. Then the invoice dissapears without notification.
