Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: recipients_failed

    When trying to send an invoice I get this error Message could not be sent.

    Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: recipients_failed[invoicee email] [invoicer email]

    I noticed this started after updating to PHP 5.3
