Show VAT even if it is zero

    Hello,
    I hope someone can help me. I need to show a special tax rate is zero VAT, but the system does not show the VAT zero, only when it is greater than zero. I tried to put in the file template.tpl {if $ invoice_number_of_taxes> = 0} but the tax is still not printing/showing when is zero. Please, any advice will be very appreciated.
