Export to PDF or Mailing does not display logo

Export to PDF does not show my logo. My Simple Invoices is installed on a hosted linux server and I am unable to get this working. If I run http://localhost//simpleinvoices/library/pdf/demo/systemcheck.php I get errors and warnings on the following: url_fopen disabled, pcre.backtrack_limit ini, permissions on temp subdirectory and Presense of registered TTF files. CAn anyone help please??
