    No it doesn't actually, can you explain where you mean?

    If its the biller add logo sectionthen you can do so with the fileupload form, thats easy.

    You'd have to make one yourself obviously, but its html code that exists -you would be able to get the code for it. File uploading has been done for forums before, for uploading avatars etc - you can probably look at code from those
