Wish List: Tax level selection based on zone/country

    The tax level is always depening on zone and country. This could be automated by creating a zone/country tax
    selection system like in osCommerce (shopping cart solution).

    2: Zonegroup content: Country (state/province combination)

    3: Add zone

    4: Tax class overview
