I would really like to be able to be able to input on the reports page a start and end date for a given report. For example, the Total Sales report could then be used to total sales for one day, one week, one month, or an entire year.

I would also like a report that would break down a day's revenues between cash received, checks received, money orders, and (someday) credit card transactions. Again here I would want the start and end dates to be input before the report is generated.

I know both these requests require a significant level of familiarity with PHP that I am nowhere close to achieving, and probably won't for a long time. Can anyone help?

    Hey Voncox,

the reports you mention sounds good

there has been some work done on reports with date selector (though not done by me) - so its do-able

    re Can anyone help
    - i would like to do this for you but just abit busy with other Simple Invoices dev stuff and life
    - You can post a bounty on the Jobs forum if your willing to part with $ and someone will be able to sort it out for you
-- refer: http://simpleinvoices.org/forum/topic-327.html />- or if you can wait a week or so I'm about launch a Simple Invoices Market Place site where different commercial vendors can list as being a service provider for Simple invoices
-- this will hopefully provide a clear path for for $ Simple Invoices mods/features/hosting/etc..

something similar to the Ubuntu Marketplace:
    http://www.ubuntu.com/support/commercial/marketplace />
If anyones interested in being a service provider for Simple Invoices just give me an email

    Cheers

    Justin
