Product category/Tag for Reports

    It would be nice to have kind of tags, by which I could group incomes in reports. Something like Products.

    My problem with Products is, that product can be used only with calculations, and have fixed price, but I need a product/tag (category) with ad hoc price,
    e.g. Advertisement campaign, Affiliate comission etc.

    I need it mainly for reporting purposes - to split my incomes by them.

    A product category/tag might be a solution.

    Have the tags/category been created yet. I really want to have categories to sort products in different categories. I have around 1000 products and it gets really confusing when creating an invoice to choose a product from the drop-down list.

    Can anybody help on this.

    There is a 'product matrix' extension

    I tried using the Product Matrix but get the rendering issue! I would really like to use it but can't seem to find any help in this forum! :(
