    Hi Guys,

    I'm looking to move our forum from UseBB to Vanilla. This means we'll need to migrate the db contents to the vanilla struture. Anyone interested in having a job at writing the conversion script?

    Theres a phpbb to vanilla conversion script available at http://lussumo.com/docs/doku.php?id=vanilla:migration:phpbb that can be used as a base.

    Though I've put in alot of work customising UseBB its just not workign as good as i require and Vanilla looks really good

    If anyones interesed in having a crack at it - it would be great as i'm flat out at the moment - Let me know

    I think this is a good move, I have used vanilla, and it's definitely, good. Uses less resources then most forums, and has only the features you need.

    yep - vanilla looks like it'll do what we require

    just gotta get the existing data over
