Translation: Translation update 2006 12 01

Hi All,

quick update re the status of translation.

Petri has done a great job organising the lang files and making Simple Invoices more translatable

the latest lang files have been emailed to all the current translators for translating for the upcoming release of Simple Invoices, hopefully we'll be able to commit the updates in the next week
