Development: Adding a new "Invoice Item" does not work

    Hello,

    I created an invoice a few days ago (consulting style, i believe) with only one record of information. When i go to edit the invoice, and then click on "Add Invoice Item," the Add Invoice Item page sucessfully comes up, but when i click to submit it the screen just turns blank. Literally, completely blank. The URL in my browser when this happens is: index.php?module=invoices&view=add_invoice_item

    I am using version 20080511 stable.

    I have a similar issue: if I create a new invoice-consulting and I save it without a items and after I edit this invoice and I fill in the form for a new item to add, when I click on save it gives an error message from MySQL.
    It does the same on the demo.

    I guess the tax_id is missing...

    hey ducadicrespo,

    an invoice needs some items to be there at invoice creation or it gets not happy :(

    i haven't added correct validation to the invoice page to enforce such a rule - but you get these type of error if ti doesnt have items
