General: PDF Issue (I've searched)

    Ok so the installation and setup went great till I tried to export a pdf. I hit the convert now thingo and (in firefox) the download window pops up with the "Open with: Preview" (on a mac) selected which is all normal so far, when i hit ok absolutely nothing happens.

    hmm.

    is there an option just to download the pdf to your desktop? - might want to try and tah then manually open the file in Preview
    - im not on mac so im not 100% - give it a go and let us know if it works

    any other mac people know about this issue?

    i tried that option to, it does something similar. I get the save to prompt and hit ok but nothing actually downloads. :-/

    have you tried in a different browser?
